#Light and the Mind: Our lights respond like a living echo. Signals leading across synapses , dendrites branching like trees, receiving light — a playful mirror for the way thoughts and sensations travel through the brain.

It’s not medicine; it’s movement — an external rhythm that can help you notice inner rhythm. Borrowed from Daoist ideas : Waidan (outer influence) nudges chemistry from outside; Neidan (inner alchemy) shifts tempo from within.

#Electronics:Magnetic control LEDs on the log; 
Magnet on tip of the tirgger stick;
Button batteries

#Interaction:Trigger on/off of the LED by the magnet stick

#Light Modes:1. Constant on
2. Breathing (slow blinking)
3. Off

#Power:The light is powered by a button battery and switches off automatically after 30min.

*Handmade crafts are delicate. Handle with care. Biomaterials are not iron/plastic solid. Small pieces like lichen might fall off. 

*When not in use for a long time, take the battery out, otherwise it’ll run out gradually eventually.
